Project Overview

Polo Farm Sports Club is one of the country’s most modern and prestigious sports clubs that specialises in both cricket and indoor/ out door hockey. The redevelopment of the site included the building of the 2 most advanced indoor hockey pitches and along with that, part of the remit was to make the building as sustainable as possible for the duration of its use. The project included the use of air source heat pumps to provide hot water and heat / cool the buildings and the solar PV to provide long term energy fat a fixed price or the complete complex. The system was slightly oversized with a view to connect batteries at a later date to capture any spare energy and make use of it on site rather than buy back when they need.

Customer’s Comments

“BeBa Energy came to us recommended by a number of our local business partners despite being located out of the county although having completed extensive work in Kent. They have a long term plan and with their 360 degree service that includes full project management assistance with the complex accreditation process all the way through to comprehensive ongoing maintenance. They were the ideal solar partner for us. An excellent job and great ongoing support by the whole team “ their professional approach and general openness”

Grahame Oates, Chairman of Polo Farm Sports Club
