Meet the team: Megan Fulham (Project Administrator)
April 6, 2021
We recently sat down with our Project Administrator, Megan Fulham to discuss her role at BeBa, what keeps her motivated at work, and what 3 things she would take to a desert island.
Megan Fulham
How long have you been with BeBa, and what do you do here?
I have been with BeBa for two and a half years. I first started off in a Sales and Marketing role, then took the opportunity to move over to the Projects Department as the Administrator at the beginning of 2019.
My favourite thing about working for BeBa is the sense of family. The business is very close knit and we are all there for each other when the business hits it’s busy times. I also love the pace and variety of work I undertake; from speaking with clients to completing Site Audits, the variety of work makes every day a little different.
What are your favourite things about working at BeBa?
What keeps you motivated at work?
Two things – my clients and my team; I work hard everyday to develop the strongest customer and colleague relationships. Not only is it important to me that the customer experience is second-to-none but also that the team are enjoying what we do. After all, we spend more time together than we do with our families!
Outside of work I am an active member of the Royal Air Force Air Cadets and am currently undertaking training to become an officer.
Do you have any hobbies?
What three things would you take to a desert island with you?
If I had to pick three things they would be a pillow, pen knife and my dog!
I love ‘Interior Design Masters’ and anything creative – as I have an arts degree I really find this engaging and something I really enjoy watching.
